Emma Dahlin is an actor, singer, and coach based on Whidbey Island, WA. She is most known for her work with Disney Entertainment in roles such as Rapunzel in Tangled: The Musical , Anna in Frozen Singalong, Ariel in Voyage of the Little Mermaid, Belle in Disney Dreams, Haley Comet in Totally Tomorrowland Christmas, Ensemble in Finding Nemo, and opening cast of Mickey's Royal Friendship Faire as Princess Anna. Outside of the Disney bubble, a selection of Emma's credits include Mayzie La Bird in Seussical (Theatre Uncut), Eurydice in Eurydice (Glass Theatre), Ensemble in Hairspray (Tower Theatre), Liza in A Simple Gift (Mill Mountain Theatre), and Ella in Cinderella (Glass Theatre). Her TV credits include the televised 97th Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade (Rapunzel, Disney Cruise Line performance) and The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel (S5 E2) on Amazon Prime. You can also see and hear her in the viral short film musical "The Grande Mermaid" and "The Princess Academy" as Ariel by Pattycake Productions available on YouTube. She has trained in voice, acting, and dance with Susan Batson of The Susan Batson Studio, Mike Maixner, Frankie Alvarez, Rachel Zatcoff, Natalie Weiss, Virginia School of the Arts, and Broadway Dance Center.

 

In addition to performing, Emma is a songwriter and released her debut album (NOW) in 2021 with 13 original songs. NOW is a bold and heartfelt first release that blends theatrical flair with contemporary pop to tell stories of self-discovery, resilience, and falling in—and out—of love. NOW and her single "Peach Rings" are available on iTunes and all music streaming platforms.

 

Emma is also an accomplished and enthusiastic vocal and audition coach. She has privately coached over 150 students of all ages and skill levels, many of whom have gone on to perform at professional theatres, Disney World, and Disney Cruise Line. You can also find her teaching acting, voice, and audition masterclasses at Showstopper Dance conventions around the country. Emma’s personalized and supportive approach helps each student build confidence and reach their unique goals. She finds all sorts of magic in coaching, as she genuinely enjoys celebrating her students’ successes and inspiring a heartfelt connection to the art of performing in every student.

 

When she’s not onstage or coaching, Emma enjoys the company of her dog Boomy and her prince charming Luc, indulging in tragic dystopian YA novels, and rewatching Bob's Burgers
